How the E-Patrolling Management App Works
The E-Patrolling Management App connects staff, patrolling locations, attendance, and reporting in one platform.
Staff members can record their attendance through selfie-based attendance, while patrolling activities can be verified through QR codes placed at designated patrolling or sensitive locations.
During a patrol, staff members scan the QR code at the assigned location. The scan creates a digital record of the patrolling activity, allowing administrators to monitor whether assigned locations have been visited.
The app also provides centralized reports that help administrators review attendance, patrolling activities, night patrol performance, and location-wise performance.
