Users understand that disabling required permissions may affect the availability or functionality of certain features.

7. App Features and Data Accuracy

Therefore, the App does not guarantee that all location, attendance, or activity information will always be completely accurate or available in real time.

8. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the E-Patrolling Management App available and functioning properly.

However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

The App may occasionally become unavailable due to:

  • Sharing of login credentials
  • Unauthorized access caused by failure to protect account information
  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Delays caused by technical limitations
  • Actions or decisions taken based solely on information available through the App

Users and organizations are responsible for verifying important information where necessary before taking operational decisions.

10. Suspension and Termination

Access to the E-Patrolling Management App may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if:

  • These Terms & Conditions are violated
  • The App is misused
  • Unauthorized access is detected
  • False or fraudulent information is submitted
  • Security risks are identified
  • An administrator requests access removal
  • Continued access may negatively affect the security or operation of the App

Upon termination, access to certain features and account information may no longer be available.

11. Intellectual Property

The E-Patrolling Management App, including its software, interface, design, branding, content, functionality, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to HB GADGET Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
